Leadership and Management Development

According to Gallup, 75 percent of the reasons people quit work comes down to their manager so it makes sense to invest in their development.

 

All leadership & management development starts off with us duscussing the organisational challenges and what your leaders and the business need. We can work together to design a solution based on your requirements. I often use the “Leading Self; Leading People; Leading Business” model. 

 

Depending on the business need I can deliver an exciting and interactive bespoke programme for a team of your leaders and support them with individual coaching, or 1 or 2 day foundation course, career support or women in leadership programme.

 

Coaching and Mentoring 

CIPD surveys regularly find coaching and mentoring to be one of the most effective forms of development and the ILM’s report “Creating a Coaching Culture” found that 95% of organisations believed coaching benefited both the individual and the organisation.

I have been an accredited Strength based coach for over 10 years and recently became an accredited NLP practitioner and coach. I know coaching can help people deliver great business results through understanding their own attitudes, strengths and values. Strength based coaching can be done for teams as well as individuals.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), is a powerful technique that can provide tools to change so employees can be more effective and be more resilient.

Coaching or mentoring can be face to face, by telephone or Skype/Zoom. I can also support in developing a coaching and mentoring culture in your organisation.
